Terms and Conditions of Sales
Purchases of any Products would be subject to the Terms & Conditions as set out below.
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner.

We currently ship only within Singapore.

All orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days and delivered via SingPost/ NinjaVan, unless otherwise stated.

A flat delivery fee of S$2.50 applies to all orders within Singapore and will be calculated at checkout.

In case of high order volumes, and/or pre-orders, processing may take longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays in shipment.

A unique SingPost/ NinjaVan Tracking Number will be sent to you via email/ SMS once your parcel is being shipped.
2. Cancellation Policy
Little Saints does not accept cancellation requests for any online orders placed.
3. Refund Policy
We strive to provide a great shopping experience for our customers. While we have a strict no-refund policy, we’re here to assist you with any concerns. If you receive a defective item, our exchange policy (see below) ensures a hassle-free replacement process. We encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order. We kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping; however, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at hellolittlesaints@gmail.com with photos and a detailed description of the defect. Please note that items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer are not eligible for exchange or refund. This is to help us maintain a fair balance and continue providing quality products.
5. Payment Methods
All prices are in Singapore currency (SGD, S$). We only accept payment by major Credit and Debit Cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
