By pre-ordering, you are securing your unique piece(s) and helping our small business manage production and demand more sustainably.

Please read the following details carefully before placing your order:

1. The Process

Each saint is handmade with care and attention to detail. Pre-orders allow us to create your item specifically for you, as no one item is the same. We use the pre-order revenue to source the necessary materials and begin the crafting process.

2. Timeline & Shipping

• Production Time: Once pre-order payment is confirmed, we will begin production. Please allow approximately 5 - 7  working days for your item(s) to be handmade and prepared for shipping.
• Estimated Delivery: You will receive a shipping confirmation  and tracking number as soon as your item is on its way. 
• Potential Delays: As these are handmade items, minor delays due to material sourcing or quality control can occasionally occur. We will communicate any significant changes to the timeline immediately.

3. Payment & Policies

• Payment: Full payment is collected at the time of pre-order to secure your item and materials.
• Cancellations & Returns: Due to the custom nature of pre-orders, we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
